East of Main Street

Yesterday night we had a wonderful program given by our very own chapter President, Karessa "L'envié" Abe. Her program was about how kids struggle with identity with being Asian and American and how it's beautiful to be both. She also had a wonderful video to go along with it showing children's thoughts on being Asian American.

Not only that, we managed to raise, with everyone's help, almost fifty dollars to donate to the Asian Foundation, which is a non-profit organization that aims to help improve lives across Asia! I want to thank everyone for coming to our event, we had such a great turn out too.
