Professionalism in the Alpha Chapter!

Here in Alpha Chapter although we have a lot of fun as a sorority we also realize that we are at school for one reason and one reason only, and that's to learn and grow professionally. I'm proud to say that some of our sisters have been honored with the opportunity to intern at various companies this semester!. Through this they are showing that while we enjoy our fun and games, we also focus a lot on advancing our careers and professional life outside of school so that they may be successful in just more than what the school itself can offer.

Digital Marketing Intern

"I write search engine optimized content published on Aumcore’s blog and external websites . I also compile pre SEO audits using Moz pro tools to analyze client keyword and search engine rankings . I manage the logistics of our content calendar for written content and all social media platforms as well as conduct and organize web based research for company projects using Google Drive and Excel I assist the creative team with proposals and client based PowerPoint presentations."

Smart Circle Marketing and Advertising Firm Part-time Marketing Intern

"With DirectTV being one of our biggest clients, the marketing and communications team look through analysis reports to improve marketing strategies and performance in sales. I conduct meeting through relaying product and consumer reports as well as taking vital notes for their records. As an intern, it is also my job to update the computer database systems with these records as well as relay that information across different departments of the company."

"My day to day basis consists of distribution funds and other materials among various departments. I try to find more efficient ways to increase profit while making sure all departments and programs have enough funds.
